Commercial Interior Services of St. Louis (CIS) did not have a web site, so we started from scratch with a design that complemented the industry that CIS is in. To allow the client to update their own website, we built the site using Joomla.

The Center for Well-Being at Washington University in St. Louis had not updated their web presence since the early 2000s. They desired a more professional and modern web presence and also needed to be able to update the Web site themselves. They also took the opportunity to reorganize the site to make it more user-friendly and consistent. As a non-profit organization with a limited budget, the natural solution was to use Joomla!, a free, open-source content management system. The Center for Well-Being is thrilled with their new site. In fact, upon reviewing the new site designs, the director of the center remarked that he wished they’d redesigned the site years ago.

We produced a Save the Date postcard earlier in the year, then an invitation which included an RSVP card and Sponsorship insert. These pieces featured metallic silver ink and a spot varnish.

For the actual event a 44 page advertising more info

book was produced, along with a 4 ft. tall cutout with a “thermometer” showing the funds raised to date.

The photos below leave something to be desired, but at least you can get a feel for these pieces.

There are still some tweeks to work out, and this blog will match the rest of the site soon (hopefully!), but overall I think it’s a lot more appealing than the old blog design….what do you think?
