Redeeming a Rebate

Posted on Oct 18, 2008 in User Experience | No Comments

As promised by apple, I just redeemed the easiest rebate ever…no UPCs to cut out, no recipts to mail in. And to think I almost gave myself a heart attack yesterday after I realized that I put the printer box out in the recycle bin and it was picked up and gone and I hadn’t […]

I launched the new webpage design tonight. There are still some tweeks to work out, and this blog will match the rest of the site soon (hopefully!), but overall I think it’s a lot more appealing than the old blog design….what do you think?

On a recent drive to Rolla, I noticed 2 new hotel logos on billboards…following in the footsteps of such previous hotel logo redesigns as LaQuinta and Comfort Inn, Red Roof Inn and Four Points Sheraton that I’ve previously blogged about. The interesting thing in the case of hotel logo redesigns is that past experience is […]

Teddy Bears

I’ve started making Teddy Bears for Victory Junction Gang Camp, a camp for children with chronic medical conditions or serious illnesses. These are children who cannot attend a traditional summer camp because of their medical needs. Each camper gets a hand-made teddy bear that they get to take home. Victory Junction relies on donations of […]
